About Fostering Minds

Since 2011, Fostering Minds has been proud to offer psychological services for the whole family. Founded in Yadkinville, by Amy Diachenko Foster, the practice continues to grow today with locations in Yadkinville and Lewisville. In January 2019, Amy welcomed Keri Smith Gaylord, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, to the practice. Together Keri and Amy have over 20 years of combined experience and clinical expertise in the mental health field.

Fostering Minds prides itself on the professional relationships developed with local providers and welcomes the opportunity to expand relationships with others in the area. Amy & Keri feel that collaboration with other professionals is imperative in improving the health and well-being of patients. They look forward to working with you and your family.
